Special machine for smooth thick film DLC with newly developed filtered arc evaporation source (MFA evaporation source).
The Advanced Coating System MF720 achieves high productivity and can be equipped with MFA evaporation source. MFA evaporation source can form a smooth hydrogen-free DLC film with extremely few macroparticles.
