Large model that can coat films on large molds and many substrates.
The Advanced Coating System iDS®-720 is equipped with a high-performance arc evaporator (Steer One), and can form a smooth, adhesive and uniform coating in a short time.
This coating machine has been enlarged to a user-friendly size so that it can process large molds and process a many substrates at once.
- Steer one evaporator can realize low material costs and high smoothness coatings.
- The rectangular flange can be equipped with a conventional 2S evaporator and a sputter evaporator.
- High power heaters significantly reduce substrate heating time.
